"My computer was running slowly and crashing all the time. Dave cleaned the dirty fan that was causing the computer to crash and also reinstalled Windows, setting it up properly so it starts up fast now my pc runs quicker than ever. I also had a faulty keyboard replaced and more memory installed in my laptop. I wont hesitate to call next time something goes wrong"
